The performance took place during a Picnic Party at Park View Nursing Home, an event designed to collect donations for South Liverpool Food Bank. Singer Toni Nesbitt had been entertaining attendees when Williams spontaneously took over, delivering an emotionally charged version of The Righteous Brothers’ iconic ballad.

Throughout his younger years, he performed both as part of a band and as a solo artist, remarkably sharing the stage with The Beatles on three separate occasions. Beyond his musical pursuits, Williams dedicated 45 years of his life to serving with the National Health Service (NHS).
