A grandfather’s sacrifice
Despite limited resources, Partman made a decision that would prove life-changing. He purchased a flight simulator for his grandson, investing in a dream when money was scarce.
“He would spend his hard-earned money on a flight simulator when we really didn’t have the money for that,” Sinegal said.
That investment became the catalyst for Sinegal’s journey to the cockpit, demonstrating how one person’s faith in another can shape an entire future.
Dreams take flight
For Partman, seeing his grandson achieve his goal brought immense joy and validation. “I’m really surprised by it,” Partman said. “I can’t be more happy for him and for me too.”

“To finally give that dream back to them and show them that, hey, it paid off and, you know, thank you for believing in me, it means a lot to me,” Sinegal said.

“It’s just a full circle moment and I finally get to share something I love with him for the first time,” he said.
