Renowned evangelist, Rev. Franklin Graham, is gearing up to make a return to the United Kingdom as part of his ongoing “God Loves You Tour.” Having captivated audiences in London earlier this year, the tour is now set to head to Manchester, promising a message of hope and unity.

The tour, an initiative of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), saw a massive turnout during its last visit to the UK in June. At the time, Franklin Graham held an event at the ExCeL London, which was filled to overflowing with attendees.

Scheduled for October 3, 2026, the upcoming event will take place at Manchester’s Co-op Live and will be free to the public. The announcement has been met with enthusiasm by local leaders, including Pastor Reji Varghese, who highlighted Manchester’s cultural diversity and the unifying hope found in Jesus Christ. “The upcoming God Loves You Tour is a powerful opportunity to share His love, bring healing, and transform lives across our city,” he stated.

The BGEA’s decision to bring the tour to Manchester comes in the wake of recent tragedies that have impacted the city. Following a fatal attack at a synagogue carried out by Jihad al-Shamie, who reportedly pledged allegiance to ISIS, the organization aims to provide comfort and support to those affected.

Manchester has faced terrorism-related challenges before, notably the 2019 suicide bombing at an Ariana Grande concert, which claimed 22 lives and left many others injured. Against this backdrop, Franklin Graham emphasizes the tour’s mission: “We bring a message of hope for all people. We want to share the Good News that God loves and cares for the people of this great city and has a plan and a purpose for their lives.”

The “God Loves You Tour” has made multiple stops across the UK since 2022, including visits to Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Sheffield, and South Wales. The London event earlier this year attracted approximately 17,000 attendees, with many more unable to enter due to the venue reaching capacity. A significant number of attendees responded to the call to embrace God’s love.

Reflecting on the impact of the tour, Rev. Jeremiah Dawood, who is involved with the London leg of the tour, expressed gratitude: “I thank God for Rev. Franklin Graham’s faithful ministry and the God Loves You Tours, which have left a lasting impact on countless lives in the U.K. We look forward with great anticipation to his return and to all that God will continue to do through this mission.”
